Michael graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Chemistry. He moved to Arizona in 1971 where he went to Arizona State University to attain teaching credentials and spent 8 years teaching high school chemistry and physics in the Paradise Valley School District. Michael married Linda in 1979 and they now have three daughters. He has been in the health insurance field since 1982. Michael is president of GFG Benefits/Glass Financial Group Inc. and manages this division. He works primarily with businesses in providing for their Health Insurance and other employee benefits. Michael is involved with the local Greater Phoenix Association of Health Underwriters and the Arizona Health Underwriters since1985. He has been president of both of the associations and has attained the designation of Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
Michael's top priority is offering our clients the right combination of affordable cost, quality benefits, and attentive customer service.

John Glass, president and founder of the firm, has been in the financial services industry since 1970. He is a career New York Life agent and a registered representative with National Planning Corporation. John is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). His specialty is estate and tax oriented planning for individuals and small businesses.
John is active in community organizations such as Kiwanis and is a member of Social Venture Partners which does a variety of charitable work in the Valley. He has provided the strategic growth of the firm and is responsible for making Glass Financial one of the oldest financial firms in the Phoenix area.

Linda graduated from the University of California, Pamona with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences. She moved to Arizona in 1971 and obtained a position in her field with the city of Phoenix. Linda married Michael Scanzello in 1979 and they now have three daughters. She has been working in the health insurance field for over 20 years. Linda is the producer and manager of our individual health insurance division. Linda assists people in making knowledgeable decisions about procuring individual health insurance for themselves and their dependents. |

Susan is a native of Arizona, born and raised in Tucson. She has been in the insurance industry since 1973. Susan brought 10 years of health insurance service experience with her when she joined the Glass Financial Group team in 2001.
Susan's top priority is in providing attentive customer service and knowledgeable resolutions to our client's insurance plan service issues. In addition, her expertise in computer technology allows GFG Benefits to be on the cutting edge of providing our clients the latest benefit services in our industry. She enjoys working with our clients and prospective clients in establishing a trust and a "value added" benefit in working with GFG Benefits.

GFG Benefits/Glass Financial Group recognizes the rapidly evolving field of Long Term Care Insurance and is pleased to have a strategic partnership with the independent services of MgBoals & Associates, LLC. Maryglenn brings over twenty years of health care expertise to her long term care planning services. A former licensed nursing home administrator with professional degrees in Gerontology and Long Term Care Planning (CLTC), Maryglenn’s specialty is customized Long Term Care Planning and Insurance.
Maryglenn Boals, is originally from Iowa and attended the University of Northern Iowa, attaining her BA in Community and Public Health Education with an emphasis in Gerontology. She has been recognized both locally and nationally for her work in the field of aging services with the Area Agency on Aging’s Individual Achievement Award and a Leadership Award from the American Association of Health Plans.
Maryglenn is involved in many charitable and community events with her husband. Her outside interests include running, reading and cooking – or at least attempting to cook! |
